I am using S4 as well...& i am facing the same problem...bt i unmounted the Memory card n started using ma S4...it worked perfectly awesome ....bt wat to do....i had to mount my mmc bck ..as all the data is stored in ma mmc...bt widout mmc...fone wrks pretty awesome

ive notice that my s5 has been having some issues here in the uk aswell with contacts constantley crashing and becoming unresponsive could this be part of the lollipop issue or is it just my phone causing this

Consumers wont stop buying brands like samsung,sony, htc and then complain about android, issue is with these oems, they try too hard to worsen the problem with their bullshit user interface and worthless apps. Try nexus or motorola. WHY WONT THESE BRANDS USE THE STOCK ANDROID. they wont be needed to worry about the update at all.

Uhh android stuffs buggy o.s the animations works smoothly only on nexus. other devices really struggle toooooooo baaaaaaaaaaaaad. btw animations are too good.

I have samsung galaxy s4 gt-i9500 i have just updated my phone to lollipop but after update my phone battery is drainage very fastly, apps become crash, my phone become heated very fast, hanging etc. At the time of purchase this is best phone but now it become a garbage... never buy samsung ....😠😠

Samsung did not update the international S3 because it uses Samsung processor and there are bugs in it.

Anonymous, 11 Mar 2015Android Lollipop on the Moto G will be fine. Motorola keeps Android close to stock and stock A... morei've seen lp on a moto g and it seriously isn't fine. The animations can lag quite a lot, and it is nowhere near as smooth as it should be.

Why is everyone up in arms in regards to Lollipop "a new OS that will have bugs, like every other new OS out there, including ios", why such a rush to update a perfectly working device that is on kitkat. My suggestion to any carrier "men's sure that the OS is stable enough for day to day use" then release it to the masses. And in regards to Lollipop, it has not been a smooth transition, but that was also the case with KitKat,same goes for all the Apple and ios updates.

AnonD-293430, 11 Mar 2015i know that they are late to the party but still its good that they care about a two year phone....It should be at least 3 years on flagship devices. The Galaxy S3 can perfectly handle Lollipop but Samsung went derp with the 4.4 update because "1 gig of ram is too low". Then how come the Galaxy Tab 3 series got the 4.4 update?

Motorola keeps Android close to stock and stock Android doesn't have any serious bugs. The S4 however with samsungs customized touchwiz.. Good luck

For HTC M8 have the same problem. This is huge bug. For this problems i never more use Android phone.

My contacts also keeps crashing. One of my Amazon apps I can't uninstall kept crashing, so I disabled it. My battery drains very quickly, phone gets hot and I lose signal where I used to be able to get signal.

Got lollipop on my Galaxy S5 and Keep getting Contacts is not Working Problem,plus All the Data On/Off Widgets that Worked on KitKat will not Work on Lollipop

Same goes with the Exynos version of Note 3 in India...battery charging late, draining faster, phone hanging, contacts unexpectedly stops, ram usage all way up to 2.37gb and more, keyboard also hanging while typing(could not match up with my speed which is already slow). Google play music even if forced closed keeps running background and many more probs. Hopes here they are also listening.

How do I undo the update? tired of these probs, Kitkat was better.

One of such was when the OS asks what app you will always use for a specific task, and the phone NEVER memorized the one I chose and always asked again and again. Not to mention that 20mpx camera that takes shots only on 8mpx except if you manually change to the manual mode which takes time and may have you miss the shot.

And don't talk about sony...i own A z3 and i would like to remind u..we are super pissed off with sony..so don't give that take time and push update...
