I am a Samsung fan, always had Samsung phone, but I am not sure about these new one's there is NOTHING special about them, even the most useful feature which water proofing is not added here! why?
also this article suggests that they expecting to shit 46million this year, this is not a good statictic against iphone, if you check for iphone 6 they sold 10 MILLION handset ONLY IN THE FIRST 3 DAYS! so Samsung need to go and think how it can be more innovative and deliver something people really want.
Samsung GS6 and edge are ridiculesly expensive, nothing special apart from screen, and soon more advance phone be hitting the market so this would be a history.
I am truly hurt by the way Samsung lost their path of success, the best phone for its time was Galaxy s2, AMAZING phone, because no one in the market had the same, for 2 years that phone was still fresh, now look how desperate Samsung become! they didn't even bother with water proofing...!
this phone so expensive and not special , my guess is Samsung would struggle to sell more than 20 million this year at most.
if you just wait 2 months you would see much more advance phone being release to the market with water proof features and far more innovative than this phone.

Okay, paps, let me put it this way then, don't you enjoy the UX on the display? And aren't the speed and smoothness of the UX are directly influenced by the storage, RAM, CPU/GPU used? :)
And talking about basic features, I don't think people would consider immediate update, the app store, FDE (whatever that might be), security, and integrated services from the OEM among many others as the 'basic features', do you? Because basic features are supposed to be, I don't know, basic, maybe? Maybe things such as the camera (s) performance on good and low lighting conditions? Or maybe overall performance on handling apps or multiple apps at a time and on playing games? Or maybe build quality, wether a phone is easily bendable or not for example? Or battery life? Yeah, that's kinda basic, right? Or even Bluetooth to other phones, maybe? So how's the iPhone regarding those really basic features compared to the S6, then?
And I do think immediate update is necessary, but more useful features and less limitations are more important, don't you think? I mean, I choose multiwindow multitasking, widgets Bluetooth transfer and USB OTG any day over immediate update. Best app store? I'd go for google play any day, too. And security? Do you know what Samsung Knox is? And services? Samsung is not so bad in those too,I believe. :)
QHD on a 5" screen you say? You obviously does not know a thing or two about VR these days. I understand. VR will eventually come to iPhones in around three or four years, just like the big screen :) But in order to know what i'm talking about, you definitely need to google it immediately. Just type 'gear VR demos or review',, or better yet, go to YouTube. Welcome to the future, paps.

I wonder how people will react when Sammy announces S6 Active :) of course one could expect Active variant of S6, but usually Active sacrificed some hardware features for IP67.. not only phone size.

Anyone with even a bit of brain knows preorders from carriers/retailers does NOT equal sales. Carriers/retailers can return these phones to Samsung if they won't sell.
BTW Samsung is known for using dirty tricks in benchmarks and marketing. If you even have a bit of brain you won't buy any of these overpriced Samsung junks.
