I updated yesterday.
Thr are a no of changes in the Look and Feel
1)New notification bar with much more interactive notifications.
2)Look of dialer has changed to green with pop ups at every click
3)New lollipop style clean messaging app.
4)New gallery lollipopised
5)Some animaion improvements to Video File manager chrome music player
6)Settings with Smoother feel and look
7)Camera has changed and now the click button is back on main screen
8)New modes added in camera slow and fast motion
9)Some minor changes in Edge panel
10)click effects and pop ups and smoother animations between pages and scrolls.
11)Most important. IMproved battery life 2.3 hr screen on and 1.2 hr voice calls with wifi and 3g on.. And still left with 45%.

We are not planning to update Note 3 Neo and 910C due to GEAR VR connect issue. We are revamping the software of Gear-VR so that it works with Android 5.1. Please bear with us till Q4 2015.

My note4 and s5 didn't get lollipop ....samsung is fooling ..........by launching of many variants this make tough for samsung to make particular software to particular region ........if they want people intrest on their phone ....so they have to launch only 2 variants of flagship like ex. S5 exynos and s5 snapdragon for all countries and no need of launch u.s. locked variants of sprint verizon at$t and T-mobile etc samsung give snapdragon unlocked variant to us and exynos to asia this will cause samsung to make software easy ....doing this process they just have to make only two software ...1st for snapdragon software that those country have snapdragon ... and exynos software for those they have exynos version in their country..... so samsung will produce software faster and also realease faster .....didn't get problem of making particular software for sprint verizon cellular ..

This phone is fantastic without any update,that's why people bought it,not for an update that didn't even exist when they did buy it. This thread seems to be full of people who are trying to give Samsung a bad public image,you'd almost think Samsung had released a brand new phone selling like hot cakes, and that every threatened manufacturer had instructed their pr teams to bombard every Samsung thread with negative posts to turn people away from buying a samsung product.....O WAIT.
