I installed the newest update of sony z2 tablet but it just happened that my tab never turn on again I don't know why.. I tried to charge it but it was not functioning too.

i updated xperia z1 first with new version of kitkat, from that time i notice phone started overheating and shuts down,then i saw sony released lollipop for z1. during the installation process the phone overheated and some appl were unable to be fully install, i had partially updated phone with lollipop. i went to repair phone in sony pc companion, removed all covers to make sure phone remains cool while software installs completely. through the first start again same overheat, then i checked the battery info with *#*#4636#*#*, within 4-5 minutes of watching videos or songs and web surfing the battery temp shows over 55c so ive to manually turn off the phone. this never occured before the factory installed kitkat.

But I noticed suddenly after I upgraded it to Lollipop version my phone hangs very badly and gets overheated often and the battery much quicker . Almost in 2 hours from 73% it drained to 35%.this phone really sucks . My experience with Sony z3 is very worse .... People don waste ur money

My Xperia z2 has died after installing the lollipop upgrade. It over heated and now is inoperable. I don't know if Sony has a reresponse. Very unhappy.

My Z2 is overheating after installing lollipop 5.0.2, does anyone have any idea why this is happening? Do you think that it will damage the the handset? Will Sony fork out to replace them?

I updated my experia z2 with lollipop 🍭 os.
Now phone 📱 is heating up like anything. When I start my camera app it starts heating. Its battery life is also degraded. Whether you use camera or watch video or play games it becomes hot iron.
@Sony - please fix this horrible trouble to experia users.
