AnonD-377430, 21 Mar 2015Idiots!I think they have forgotten that they had release a phone called motp x(1st gen) and it... moreWell, from what Im aware there are a couple of OEMs that only guarantee 2 years of updates and if im correct moto x first gen is from 2013, so, when we decide to buy an android phone from one of those OEMs we should know that probably we wont get the same update perks as a vanilla device.
Please dont forget to update 1st gen moto x to 5.1 (because it is flagship device of motorola)
Idiots!I think they have forgotten that they had release a phone called motp x(1st gen) and it is still suffering with kitkat :'(
I paid 24,000rs and now i dont even get lollipop..i thought they give fast updates but no more.
This is why I choose Motorola.
I hate to do this but since I own Moto-X 2013, It makes me talk here. This is worst approach from lenovo/Moto-X towards older costly devices like moto-X 2013 devices. What kind of soak testing is being done ?? CM12 (Lollipop) was already running on moto-x long back, this real non-sense. Its almost 6 months since 5.0 release.. and I am running 4.4.4 on my moto-X 2013. I feel like throwing the phone in the dustbin.. or lay it down on railway track. Let Moto-X realize the heights of ignorance resultant on their well said flag devices.
Good bye Moto.
