I still have 4.4.4 and I'm not getting lollipop 5.1 in my a1 micromax I go to the settings then about phone and system updates it shows that ur system is up to date what is that please solve my problem

Why we are getting the updates random basis? when we buy the cell than the micromax promises to release the updates first to android one set after that other will receive.
Its cheating release update of lollipop on one time to all bcz every one purchase at same terms and conditions
