i updated my micromax canvas a1 to lollipop about 2 days ago. since then, i have noticed the sim\network on top of my phone indicates a "!" but my phone seems to be working on wifi the same as before the update. i wanted to know whether i can fix this problem myself at home or is it something a network provider can help me with? if it can be fixed at home what can i do? do i need to re-boot? will i lose any memory or settings on my phone?

After I updated my version then onwards whatsapp is not working then I uninstalled and downloaded once again then also it's not working and chrome browser is operating not perfectly after I downloaded new version
