I updated via mobile data. Got a notification late night. clicked on download, woke up in the morning and rebooted in the morning. Everything working perfectly for me.

you restart your router first (unplug it, wait for 10 seconds and plug the power cord back in) and then restart your Android device (hold down the power button) - or
Head over to Settings > Wifi and look for the Wifi network you want to connect to. Once found, tap the name and click the “Forget” button. Proceed to switch off Wifi and Back on after waiting for 5 seconds so your device will scan all nearby connections again. or
It might be that you are using the wrong Wifi bands (frequency). By default this is on automatic but you might need to manually specify if you are connecting to a 5GHz or 2.4GHz Wifi router. This can be changed by heading over to Settings > Wi-Fi > Advanced > Wi-Fi frequency band. Choose either “5GHz” or “2.4GHz”

Remove and insert the battery and reboot the device. If persists, re-install again.!!

Hi all,
I have a big issue in my canvas a1 after this upgrade....
I am having issue with using rotate screen..
It does rotates but never comes back to 'Potrate' after its rotating...
I have to come back to menu screen to get normal screen back,
1 more issue is there ....3G is also not working proper on it..when I turn on 3G..there is an exclamation sign coming on right of signal bar...
I would thank full if some buddy help me out of this.....😭😭😭

I downloaded the update but after the installation and restart of my phone it still doesn't get updated to 5.1, my phone keeps showing the version 4.4.4 and I keep getting the notification saying "new updates available." Some body please help and my phone was rooted some few days ago.
