AnonD-380459, 29 Mar 2015I tried updating my mobile 5 times, every time it downloads upto about 90% and stops downloadi... moreWiFi might be disconnected while downloading. Try to re-install or download OTA zip file. I never got OTA update so I downloaded the zip and installed. Its working awesomely.

I tried updating my mobile 5 times, every time it downloads upto about 90% and stops downloading.I even did factory reset, but it doesn't work. Any solutions guys!!!!

I received update 5.1 and installed. After reboooting I observed following problems.
1. Double icon created for photos.
2. Vidio clips from facebook not working properly.
3. Personal POP3 mails and icon vanished. Unable to set up again.

could you help me out? i have a micromax canvas A1 and i have the update to lollipop at my fingertips, but it says "insufficient space", when i definitely have more than enough space to download it.i have deleted several apps, cleared the cache for all apps, and even moved apps to the SD card, but still nothing.WHAT SHOULD I DO
