Been using the updated phone for a while now, here are some initial observations:
a. Except notification drop down there other options of switching data on/off don't work but take you to settings (e.g. using lazy swipe or power toggles)
b. Some persistent notifications like power toggles now show on lock screen as well - good for some not all
c. The refresh button on the mailbox app is not visible once pressed & the app is loading new mails
d. Lock screen looks much more cleaner
e. Reloading recent used apps is slower than opening new/fresh ones
f. Revised color schemes looks good on modified apps
g. No noticeable battery issues so far but need more days to test it
h. Loading the recent apps screen is slower than usual
i. Using gestures from nova launcher don't work completely especially the slide down action which does not pull down the notification shade
j. Be patient post the upgrade as the new apps take a long while to optimize. You require a few restarts before you are up to the mark
k. A lot of apps have bumped contrast lines - hit and miss for some folks i like it
But overall a good upgrade. Some of my friends who updated their S4 to lollipop are cursing it to hell not sure how this would last overall

I am using S5 and after reading that news now on gsmarena I went to settings and checked update but there it was showing text"The latest updates have already been installed." What do I have to do now as I am eagerly waiting for lollipop as I have used on my relative's Galaxy S4
