I al... moreI took the plunge and updated OTA my UK version of the TAB S 10.5 to Android 5.0.2 last night. The process went very smoothly and all appears to be working well. I did backup data and apps to smooth the transition. It took all in all around 20 minutes.

Seems like it's everywhere but the UK as usual, well feels like when you're waiting. I hope it brings as many improvements in both looks and performance as 5.01 has brought to my S4. It's like having a new phone and the drop down window for your messages is a great feature, though that won't be on the slate but I use sidesync anyway so messaging is actually easier and doesn't take any of your slates performance.

The Samsung Tab S 10.5 Lollipop 5.0.2 arrived on my slate last night. I allowed the download but haven't installed yet. I bought my Tab S via a Groupon deal a couple of months ago it took a while to arrive thought it from USA but maybe France which would explain my receipt of update.
My current build number is KOT49H.T800XXU1ANK1 is yours different?

Samsung Tab S Lollipop 5.0.2 update arrived on my Tab S 10.5 last night. I've let it download but as yet not installed it. I'm unsure of its impact on my machine so being cautious until I know more.
Has anyone else received it yet and taken the plunge? If so are you having problems? If so what are they? Please let me know via this site thanks

Can anyone confirm if the update brings the floating/pop-up windows to multi window? Like the pop up windows on the Galaxy Tab Pro or Note 4?

angry user, 23 Mar 2015So where the hell is the update for 10.1 Galaxy note 2014 edition?No not angry user, predictable rival manufacturer thread spoiler. We're imune to your nonsense now. Good job samsung, I hope my 2014 note gets an update later when its stable and ready, it's a fantastic tablet, it does what it said on the tin when I bought it. Very satisfied.
