It has s track pad instead of ball, which to me is perfect.
Although I do not think the track pad is better than the ball,
I think it will eliminate track ball replacement in the long run

In my opinion,its really true that a blackberry user can not move to any other brand once he is sued to it.The only thing which is annoying is the trackball navigation which is disturbing when your trackball starts stucking up due to dust and dirt but it is cool update that it is seemingly being replaced by trackpad.

im definatly lookimg to get the bold 2, i currently have the storm and im on my third one already due to software problems. So fingers crossed it comes out ASAP!!! Its slowly driving me insane... Does anyone know for sure what the RRP is??

although i have the storm and i LOVE touch screen phones, its really becoming too much of a hassle. today my phone just died on me, it wont stay on :( so as tempted as i am to get the storm 2, i think the bold would be a better option, at the least it'll be a much more solid phone. the only problem is, i cant imagine being without a BB until the onxy is released! i REALLY hope its actually released on the 21st and not just going to be announced. any hope for it coming out before christmas?

When is it coming to Singapore? There seems to be a lag with BB release in Singapore. I am hoping it comes out before the BB Storm 3 gets released. Anyway...here's some exciting news....the BB Strom just hit the shelves here in Singapore! Oh Boy! Just in time to obsolete! Gee whiz, this is great!

Why does BB designs look so outdated? I have never seen a BB that appeals to me physically. Even specs wise they're not all that. The way they design the phones always make them seem even chubbier than they actually are. SUCKS!!
