So it would be a great surprise if the Qualcomm soc would be faster in every day usage. It would also be a surprise if it was not faster in gaming.

MT6752 (Mediatek's mid ranger) is almost as fast as Snappie 810 (Qualcomm ' s high end). So yeah this would be a faaast device (since it uses Mediatek) just don't expect it to be too good in games.

But the given choice to select two processors for this model: one with heating issues and the other with low performance. I think you know which one to select.

Anonymous, 24 Mar 2015if gionee is thinking of giving a mt chip instead of sd615 aroud 25k than thay are madlol. tell me you are not serious. Many mobiles with SD 815(htc desire 820, yu yurekha) are facing heating issues. I think going with MT is the right decision for Gionee given the choices.
