Since they got rid of tethering you're better off going PAYG £15 p/m unlimited data and then using FoxFi/PDANet for unlimited tether, then buy the phone outright, cheaper if you can afford it.

I am a vodafone dealer in Bucharest, Romania and htc one m8 mini 2 is selling like hotcakes for about one year Non stop-we have waiting list even now for this model. Desire 500 and one m8 also sold very good. Rubbish comments
