I'm entering it, and the robot can't understand the pin. The robot says to enter again... after 3 tries it gives up. ...., and it does not understand your commands due to the line in not DTMF. If it wasn't for us, who do come here and download it, they would never fix it, and/or know what's wrong and needs fixed, so people like you, can have a working update. You think we're the stupid ones? alright well, you're opinion I guess, thanks for calling us stupid though, and... YOU'RE WELCOME FOR ALL THE PAST UPDATES THAT NOW WORK FOR YOU BECAUSE OF US. My Note 4 can't send texts 50% of the time. This problem has been going on for a few months. I got a new phone from AT&T, as soon as I updated to 5.0.1 I'm back to the text issues! So frustrating.

that's how its suppose to look...with the new update I see...
from me: hi
from me(this is the reply to the other person) good, nice to hear from you today...
from them: how r u
why is my text going above theirs? Is there a fix for this or is it something we have to deal with till the newer update to lollipop comes out...

My phone is also very hot after receiving the update, I thought that it quid be a great thing to have, I also received a warning from my husband who is in three military about a vulnerability within this party apps that should not be there with the update but after scanning my phone, it is. So my phone which is brand new runs so hot I can barely use it and now it's vulnerable to installer hijacking attacks. Just great, there goes 300.00 down the trashcan. Why us UT that every time I trust an update from Samsung I end up regretting it?

I CAN'T TEXT. I updated my phone everything went smooth for the first couple minutes then nothing. I stopped being able to send texts. I can receive them just fine but I can't send them. AT&T or Android needs to fix this right now

The way lollipop has ruined android phones I'm tempted to go back to a blackberry os because since the update on android to 5.0 what ever android phone you may have has now got serious issues ( the worst being the galaxy s5 ) contacts crashing , text messages vanishing , battery life gone crap and the look of lollipop looks cheap and tacky . I had to sell my s5 it went that bad and now even on a moto g running KitKat pure android there's issues appeared so well done google for f#####g up the android world .
