Even a low end model devices are now running with lollipop but n3n was just below flag ship yet you haven't released 5.1.1 update.😠😡🙇

Note 3 neo which is like semi flag ship and Samsung is not giving L update yet..when i call customer care...no one know whats happening..They dont even contact their tech development team provide us info. They always keep repeating. "whenever the update is released you will get automatic notification"...Oh!! i didnt know this. Thank you soo much for the info. Think 1000 times before buying a SS phone.
