Everyone!!!
Samsung has only released lollipop 5.1.1 russian version coded SER.
This is compatible fo note 3 neo model SM-N750.
1. Anyone can flash this firmware using odin and use it.
2. FLASHING RUSSIAN VERSION WILL NOT VOID WARRANTY.
3. Only difference between indian and tussian firmware is the difference in bloatwares ( extra additions like tripadvisor, yandex. Etc)
4. IMPORTANT!!!
DO A WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET FROM RECOVERY AFTER FLASHING THE RUSSIAN FIRMWARE VIA ODIN FOR BETTER RESULTS.

Listen friends.. don't get confuse.. today i downloaded the russian firmware it takes 6 hours to download from sammobile then i download odin 3.. bt when i was extracting the firmware.. winrar shows me some erorrs.. it says firmware is corrupted bt it successfully extracted then i flashed my Note 3 Neo sm-n750 exynos Indian version with russian firmware.. there is no language problem.. only the samsung store is in russian language which is of no use.. great graphics.. battery life much improved. . Go for Russian firmware. .it won't void your warrenty.. while flashing download mode shows secure mode enabled. . Original firmware flashing! So now do not listen to anyone.. donlwoad the firmware and enjoy the lollipop

AnonD-292864, 21 Dec 2015I asked to service center myself and they said flashing another country's ROM will void warranty.It won't void the warranty bro... only rooting does void the warranty. And moreover the warranty period is already over for me in my case... if u don't like this Russian update u can change once again to Indian version of lollipop by flashing it.

Just updated to Russian firmware.
My apps settings, contacts, everything remained as is. Great interface. Loving it. .
Updates like a normal update only. Lots of new features. No risk at all. No warranty impact. .

Stop askin same question again n again.if u want to flash russian version in indian mobile it vl work. No void of warranty. If u cant understand steps in english of how to flash russian version. Please search how to flash Samsung S4 lolipop firmware.Steps are same for note 3 neo. Bt pls stop askin same questions. I hve flashed indian mobile vd russian version.its wrking well. Drain in battery depends on ur usage.
