1.To do you have to download it from either sammobile or youmobile website as it gives official stock and not custom one..the update file is about 1.2gb in size.download it
2.then download odin3 for your pc
3.boot your phone to download mode by pressing volumedown+homekey+power
4.now connect your phone to pc.if connect success the first box in odin will appera blue
5.in odin there is an option AP click it and browse for downloaded update file (lollipop) it ends with file name tar.md5
6.install.if success .u will get a pass message
IMP: Make sure you allwed usb debugging in developer option on your phone

Anonymous, 04 Dec 2015thnks a lot jej..bt tl me one thng..whats new on this update..plz tl me..is there ultra power ... moreNo.there is no ultra power saving mode available.but the battery power is optimized a lot for better battery backup.it drains slower compared to kitkat. (For my phone) and i think will be the same for your update also. There are lot of new features like the note 5 multi windows,etc. The touchwiz is same as s6 which is new

Today I had flash Russia firmware sucessful by Ordin 3. Pass status and work smooth for 1 day up to now. It's has 3 russia app: Metro subway..
You can disable and remove them easy.
And the other old apps in my phone is very good and smooth. I will update continue
