Hi.. i m samsung user from last 6 years and i trust on samsung service and quality....i started from s2 to grand 2 and finally i have note 3 neo...
I never thought to switch to other company ever...
But i always have 1 complain to samsung...that y samsung company produce lots of mobile? I mean there is no such difference except 8 gb internal to 16 gb ect... grand 2 is not gett8ng lollipop even it was in 18 month policy but they introduces grand prime...and got lollipop....y?
I suggest to samsung that dont produce lots of mobile...reason simple 1..i cant giv attention to all model...2...u cant give update to all....3...many mobiles have same features means no differences...4...people get confuse ans they might choose different companies mobile...5...samsung will loose consumers becoz company unable to giv updates to mobiles and compare to other companies they provises update...if company starts giving proper serv8ce and update by producing less model in compare to present...and with great company then only company not pnly will survive but also gets lots of profit by saving expenses occures on making more models...
I m happy that finally u giv update to note 3 neo...but its too late stil its good but keep in mind old customers are new customers for u so keep care of consumers...and if u take care of consumers then i m sure u will never loose ur customers..

As for the stability n performance ..5.1.1 is considered far more stable thn 5.0.2 cuz 5.1 was especially meant for maintainance n stability purposes only ☺

Wow it seems all you people are goin crazy about Note 3 neo lollipop update but guys think about it what is more important lollipop update on ur note 3neo or superfast & stable version of Android 4.4.2 I'm using Sony Z with update version of Android 5.0.2 & now my superfast device start getting hang and running slow also started using lot of ram memory & seriously now I really think kitkat 4.4.2 was much better & much more stable android version....

Really man samsung should think that note 2 has also got lollipop.. so why not note 3 neo.... note3 neo indian version should get lollipop.. or else they should band this model..

Cheap, China and low quality brands all are running on latest android.. and we all are fools to buy samsung.. big brand with no brand value.
