I got update n3n yesterday night and it is something different from kitkat not more. I think Google phone is good in using UI and android updates so I am looking for nexus. .....

My phone is working f9 after update (except occasional lockscreen lag)... it dont hv many features we were expecting such as ..
ultra saving mode* (i am nt sure old phones can even handle that)
User profiles* (for different users as kids /frns etc)
New Touch sound*
Material theme*
Touch animation seems to be same if nt worse*

I have tried to update my note 3 neo to lollipop through OTA. But it is showing that 'the latest version has already been installed'.
How to do it? Anybody please??

Hey guys just update android system web view from playstore and google play services after installing lollipop and reset your device it will take 20 min but update those applications and your phone will start working fine i had done the same mine ar solved now its your turn

Dont install the new firmware..
It has many errors saying that samsung will correct it and it will take 15 days after u download and install it
If u only downloaded then take a backup of ur files and reset the device to the factory version and then download it
Dont download through OTA "ONLY KIES"

S pen is stoped working after updating lolipop in samsung note 3 neo. Chack ur s pan and try to open air command with s pen button. It fails to open air commaand.

Note 3 neo should receive stability improvement update for note 3 neo lollipop is a bit laggy
while unlocking it hangs often overall battery charging time has increased 1 hour
overall looking good but needs improvement

I never said its nt worth it .....i am just sayin its a lil buggy especially wen u 1st install apps or typ stuf.. i noticed sm lag in screen unlock
Battery life improved marginally
Gud thing they included smart manager for battery ram n security info
Over all working nice for me at the moment
