Are you sure the Nokia Network Setup works? It looks to me that it's for Windows Phone.

Nokia Network setup app will fix the MMS problems. I am running my n900 on t mobile (it was formerly used on AT&T) I had it unlocked downloaded the Nokia network set up app from the market place its free from Nokia.

i'm currently use nokia n900 on tmobile plan, and it's working really good on 3g data plan, to let you guys know that nokia n900 does not support mms, but it can be download the app from maemo.org. even though nokia n900 is a oversea phone but is it support tmobile 3g network. so you guys set and ready to buy your nokia n900 from nokia.com or from other store amazon etc...

If this is Tmobile's Dark Project Plan, then this article has been proven false with the $50 everything nonsense. That is just for talk. The real plan is $100. Now if this is supposed to be a special plan then I'm psyched for this offer. Please let it be true.
Only problem is that I know Tmobile and I know that they'll most likely strip everything off of this phone if they get it. There's very little hope for this marvelous device to hit Tmobile with everything.

To answer people's questions about "should I cancel my Nokia.com preorder".... The answer is yes. Nokia.com charges 649 + tax. Amazon charges 582 and does NOT charge tax.
I don't remember that last time I paid tax while buying something online. Seriously Nokia?
Since Nokia resells through Amazon directly, you're going to get the same warranty/return policy.

Is this article trying to say that T-Mobile USA will sell the Nokia N900 flagship phone with a data plan for $50?? I smell horse manure. Is the N900 even going to come out exclusive for any US carriers?

The unlimited data plan pertained to the n900 as well. If you do not know that the n900 cannot send mms, you will be deceived by this article thinking that it can. It has to be specified somewhere that except for the n900, all the other phones that have mms capabilities will have unlimited mms under that $50 plan, otherwise, it would look like the n900 can send mms when it cannot.

Core . n900 is nokias best device , you can do so much more with maemo 5 than with symbian . alot of people have been waiting for a device like this . and its not a phone . it just has phone capabilities . time to upgrade my n95 to this :)

core, 12 Oct 2009i don't understand u people why are u braging about some phone which isn't jet out due to tha... moreBecause it won't be the failiure of the N97/96, this really is genuinely the year's most capale handset along with the HTC HD2/Hero and is the closest thing to an NVIDIA TEGRA powered smartphone. You need to see the performance for yourself to believe it, and the resitive touchscreen is debatable too!
