yesterday iupdated my yu yureka with lollipop update and my screen is not working,its showing nothing,its vibrating but showing nothing.i m not able to operate it.

My old bluetooth is not working after updating the device to lollipop but with kitkat that same bluetooh was working very nicely. what to do to fix it?

Screen blackout during calls. It is very difficult to receive calls is a slow yureka mobile is a west mobile

Its a third class service phone, company recommends to upgrade the system to Lolipop & once it is done hell out of problems starts like No display while calling...& company doent worry to resolve these problems / give solutions.

After updating the lollipop facing the problem in delay in calling time. its take 3 to 4 second delay to call search contact and also take delay 2-3 second to connect call

Dinesh Kumar, 07 May 2015I update my Yu Yureka with Latest version and from than i m facing a problem the display of yu... morefirst of all take ur device in front of ful light, then u can see ur mobile screen. increase brightness,if u set brightness to high level, u will not face this problem again

avi, 23 Apr 2015Guys just dial *#*#7769#*#* from your yureka phone den it will show some icons den der is star... morethe suggestion is working. i had the problem of screen blank out during incoming and outgoing call after upgrade to lollipop. now its fixed and phone doesnt slag also. it runs smoothly now...thankyou for the suggestion.
