As I have updated my redmi 2 with miui6.6.7 version.
After update my cam is not working its shows error status,why????

Many features has been vanished in miui6 so please bring them back in miui 7 ...like in music shake to skip,in themes change components e.t.c.......and with some new cool features,

Xiomi RED MI 1 is yesterday updated MIUI 6 on my new ANDROID version KITKAT 4.4.4. Its very nice. Icon & date etc. setting has changed. I m waiting for MIUI 7 for new android version

AnonD-365074, 02 Apr 2015it's true that it's highly customizable bt it consumes over 2/3rd of the ram. i mean come on x... moreIts atleast better than LagWiz. I had a samsung phone and it was unusable without a custom ROM. Hope they have stripped it down.

it's true that it's highly customizable bt it consumes over 2/3rd of the ram. i mean come on xiaomi ur os consume 1400mb ram out of 2Gb!!! horrible!! very poor performance nd laggy os. need to improve lot lot more. And 1 thing i want to tell that users like to have stock experiences in their handsets, dnt make it smthing bullshits. ur redmi 1s, even the new redmi 2 lags like crazy crashes apps lyk hell with 1gb ram :D atleast keep the option open to have stock android afterall its customers' choice nt yours.

Absolutely Love MIUI, have owned and used the Redmi 1s, Redmi Note, had to move to a larger display -Z Ultra and i am missing it, such a sweet and pleasant interface, well done for trying to improve it further!!
Regarding some negative comments: My guess -they have not really used/owned it much, judging a book by reading only a few pages/paragraphs is quiet silly!!

Xiaomi is making phones for China and the rest of Asia excluding Korea... moreExcept the wannabe iOS MIUI is horrible to look at compared to the Apple's iOS. Xiaomi might have more success by embracing the material design of Lollipop than going after iOS time and again.

AnonD-290760, 02 Apr 2015Hopefully they gonna ditch ios design .Wow arent you bright... Xiaomi is making phones for China and the rest of Asia excluding Korea and Japan, iOS looks is a key selling factor there. Maybe its hard for you to admit it but the iOS UI is the one to reach for.
