What? :D they are exactly same...No, they aren't. Samsung is on 14nm finFET while TSMC is on 20 nm.
Even disregarding transistor distance, the fab process is different for each.

I recommend that everyone who wants an iPhone 6 to wait for the iPhone 6s. Force touch and 14nm CPU will be amazing.
