Better skip lolipop 5.0.1. Brand new n910f with 4.4.4 runs perfect. Upgraded to 5.0.1 and I suddenly had a slow and crash full phone. I downgraded to 4.4.4 and everything is perfect again.

I had updated my note 4 to Android 5.0 and its running pathetic. software isn't performing well. battery drains out quickly. disappointed wit the response. as of now its better not to update to 5.0.

On Good Friday, 3rd April, 2015 got the lollipop update finally for Note 4 in India. No such issues faced still now. The UI has become much smoother as well as the preloaded apps. The lockscreen and the Keyboard are just fantastic to use with an elegant look n feel. But, only thing am missing out is on the Blocking Mode which has been replaced by the Donot Disturb Mode. Its a bit tricky to use but gets the job done. Would really want to see camera UI of S6 in Note 4. I guess, it will be there in the future updates. Note 4 is my daily driver.....with lollipop it has become much more useful. Still now, haven't noticed any lag or app crashing. Infact the apps runs smoother and launches much faster than in Kitkat. Thanks to the ART Runtime.

So I updated my galaxy note 4 yesterday. When I started to download the file, it was 100% charged, and when the file started to ran it was at 70%. After the software run was completed, batter was at 50%. It all got completed at 2.00am and it's now 14.00hrs with battery at 11%. Since then I have not charged my fone at all. And i have been using it. That means battery life is still the same or kind of improved. I haven't notice any lag, keyboard has improved and morE fluid. Other function like multi window and recent app is working fluid and with quick response. I haven't notice any issue so far, no over heating or something else. I can clearly feel that the performance is certainly fine. Ram usage is at around 1.9, which is fine. Hope for the best. If I notice any thing else, I will update here.
