I had a nightmare with my battery readings (not charging complete), I did many adjustments and lot of things suggested by experts but no one of the trials worked. Very disappointed of android, so I changed to iOS and now I am on the way of learning again.

My phone wont charge unless you turn it off. If its on, the battery icon shows charging but it wont move an inch. When I remove the battery and place it back on the battery percentage goes up.

On my Note 4 Model SM-N910-H, the phone wont start or even show sign of charging activity after todays android update. I was rejecting the upgrade for like a week but the phose asked for the upgrade evrynight. After several atempts to instal (like 6 times) it finnally installed, rebooted, configured settings on the green android screen with the two big gears moving, the optimized all the apps for the new OS but by the moment it started the phone shown the Samsun note 4 welcome screen and then... no more activity on the phone not even a charging LED, nothing... Please Help! what should I do?

Note 4 updated to Marshmallow 6.0.1 and working beautifully. However I'm finding that Samsung phones are NOT the best. Too many problems and build quality is NOT good!!

Sm 910c updated last night with september security patch . File size is 410 mb. Phone is getting more heated up aftr this update.
But there is more stability on the 6.0 marshmallow firmware

Af... moretotally agree this has happened with my last 3 Sammy mobiles, u can bet coming up to 2 years after manufacture when they bring out the new version 2 models later your old model ie note 4 in this case will stop working properly if at all. currently searching for new rims to fix problem, I'll probably downgrade to last stable fw.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE NEW UPDATE FOR NOTE 4!!!!!!! I downloaded this update and I have had noting but trouble every since. The phone shuts down, reboots every hour and when I try, and I mean try to text, it takes so long for the keyboard to come up in between text and then it takes a long time to get the response from the other person. My phone currently right now as I type will NOT restart after IT decided on its own to do a reboot. It will not go past the Samsung screen. I like my Samsung Note 4, but I am SERIOUSLY thinking about getting the new iPhone. FIX THIS SAMSUNG!!!!!
