Who is the idiot that decides that light backgrounds are best. You obviously have not done enough research. Change or at least give the option or samsung WILL lose me as device user and hopefully many others. Very dissatisfied user

Can't wait to get rid of this crap. Goodbye Samsung. One person may not break you, but I don't need you. I spent 2 hours with 2 different people on Samsung that obviously didn't understand INGLISH and got no where. After the two hours, I told them it was time to upgrade anyway and I'd be leaving for a phone I like, but it won't be Samsung. Hope they understand word of mouth.

You can shove Lollipop thankyou Samsung. Absolutely the worst thing I ever did was to upgrade. I Struggle with internet access cant block calls....this is so horrendousI now have to backup everything before I delete all and return it to factory settings and start all over again. Thanks for nothing.

Wish I never had agreed to the update to this absolutely horrendous program. Slow beyond belief and designwise the ugliest thing I have ever seen. But can anyone recall when AT&Thas done anything good? That alone should have given stupid me a wRning to be careful when agreeing to an update

I hate this update no color change having difficulties keeping on wifi it doesn't seem to be using data it just wants to bounce off all kinds of wifis Facebook is having difficulties loading my battery is draining fast it has been nothing but a problem I too hate my phone now .I want the groups and the face the layout of the old program..

This is update is disgusting. It has ruined what was a great phone. They should fire the no minded geeks that designed it. I now need a new phone. It certainly will not be a Samsung unless they renew this update so it is once again usable.

Dreadful update to my S4, B awful colours will stuff battery life and b awful contrast makes text reading difficult. I cant believe supposedly caring manufacturers can make such awful mistakes to inflict upon its clients. Help please from the first person to work out how to fix the colour problems. drw.

I never trust new software to update my phones when next flagship. its causing so much problems very slow and it's freezing so badly. samsung really you want to get rid of your old phone to get new generation of samsung galaxy s6.

I am unable to send or receive pictures in text messages nor am I able to send them to email addresses. Is anyone having this problem? Is there a fix for this problem? I hate the new update so much I am about to throw my phone across the room. I can't get on the internet most of the time when I used to be able to before. Can anyone help?
