JimS, 10 Apr 2015Upgraded recently -- screen lock wallpaper can't be changed (ok for hm screen wallpaper changes)Updated my s4 and can't change lock screen. It insists on showing me the stupid balloons. Coming awfully close to my fear of clowns.

lollipop update for s4 is terrible,screen isnt as vivid as it was,no option to change theme colours of the menu contacts texting,when screen is locked and i got a call or text it used to show up on screen now it shows nothing,the phone has also crashed a couple of times by its self when its just sitting there, BRING KITKAT BACK OR SORT OUT LOLLIPOP how can it be released this brokern

The 2015 software update broke a number of my apps and now I can no longer run my phone through external speakers set to AUX. Does anyone else have this problem? Hate the new interface, and lost so much time fixing my GPS and scores of other things. Having nothing but dropped calls -- it's been horrible.

I hate the update
The look is terrible.
I would love the update, if i was my blind great grandmother.
The enhancement is not visually pleasing to my eyes.
I expecially hate what they have done to the; keyboard, calendar, contacts/ messaging. And the visual apperance of all the buttons. Everything looks so much bigger(boated) now.
So unhappy.

Updated my S4 2 weeks ago. No issues so far. I like the new layout and features. Besides little more ram usage I see no issues.

They even lifted off the texting via voice on the keyboard I am not sure if it is an upgrade or a downgrade.

since my Samsung Galaxy S4 updated from Kitkat to Lollipop I have had mega problems - firstly I could not make or receive calls so I had to trek back to the shop where they eventually worked out that Lollipop presumed I had G4 available!!!!! The ringtone sound level keeps reducing or disappearing altogether - the colourway is awful, very difficult to read and it's putting me off Samsung BIG TIME

I had some overheat at first, but once I cleared the RAM and some bloatware it seems to be ok other than faster battery drain. I think it is actually running faster.

My phone was updated to the new lollipop overnight. When I woke up to this I was not happy... The coloring is hard for me to read now, I do not like that the settings button is now at the top. Hate the layout for Favorites and their is no Groups & Emergency contacts... I want my old software back.. I will most likely not purchase Samsung again due to this.
