While they deliver excellent hardware, the are absolutely rubbish at delivering good software support. Ascend P7 L10 and I haven't got EMUI 3 and from the looks of it, I'll be denied of Lollipop update as well. Which sucks MASSIVE time considering it's their freaking FLAGSHIP.

Anonymous, 09 Apr 2015If you ever tried a p series I'm sure you won't have another one. Lots of flaws on battery, co... morenot at all me p6 phone and other phones by them, all worked great, no video error all supported apps and such no crashes not cheep at all , well build and value for your money device... as most other people would say to me.. as I work in a phone shop.

p.s. sorry to here your problems with your device with them although you must forgive that sometimes a bad one from the bunch pops out

If you ever tried a p series I'm sure you won't have another one. Lots of flaws on battery, connectivity,apps not supported, error on video, etc etc. Junk Chinese brand.
