try to reset your phone by pressing the red button thats located from the simcard slot

hi! i received the update for lollipop version dated 05/01/2015 just try to refresh your update app it should shows there i dont even have to connect my phone to a computer to do it..but just mind you with the minor glitches you will experience after the update..your battery will be drained so fast,heating problems as well,and at 1st your phone is going to restart all the time without touching it.

Hi I am from Bangladesh. I bought my Z1 c6903 from Italy. Most of the European countries received lollipop update after one or two days just after release on 13.04.2015. But I am still waiting update
I don't want to use flash or root. I have tried many times checking my device update center and pc companion. But no result. If anyone knows about the ins and outs of that please help me. Contact shamimmt82@gmail.com

Lollipop update on the Z1 Compact seems to make the phone generate a fair bit of heat!

Let me know if that helps otherwise i will drop you an email.
Please remember, its a version change, not a minor update!
You DO need to backup your stuff AFTER you upgrade and reset the phone to factory. Then restore your apps and contacts etc.
Let me know how this works for you.
Btw, mine is flying. After a day on 3G, all day calls and emails, viber and whatsapp, by the end of the work hours i still have 60% to play with. Love it!

Do not update lollipop on Z1 even if its available, my has been screwed after updating it.
Its become 5 times slower and battery gets drained much faster

Guys today i called Sony mobile care of india they told me that u will get lollipop when the country from where u brought the Z1 C6903 will release the update.. I brought my Z1 from Australia that's why i have to wait for Australian sony to release lollipop
