I don't what HTC has been doing still now,all low budget smartphones receiving lollipop update....but I'm yet to get lollipop update for HTC One M8_eye!!! Really disgusting...waste of buying a high-end modell?!?!?!

please note that after you get the update and you push the file into the system it will take 30 to 40 minutes to complete the lollipop process and then it will boot into the awesome Android 5.0.2

No need to do any factory reset or anything else just manualy check the phone for software update you will be able to see Android 5.0.2 update for HTC Desire 816 file size is around 1.2 GB

guys as i was reading these comments and me myself was desperately waiting for the lollipop i did factory reset hoping to get lollipop update. i lost all my apps and datas. nothing happened. so we better wait for sometime.

For those experiencing battery drain(hopefully I'm the only one) after update to lollipop, just update all apps, clear app cache and then fully drain bat to 1% then shut it down to charge and it should be fine. Phone is ok now for me and if not getting slightly higher battery time :D
