Ironman, 15 Oct 2015I have a desire 820s and am still waiting for the coveted lollipop update ....any news of its ... moreThis is very bad 820 is a lower model than 820s still 820 got update before..I contacted htc customer service for india and they give a reason that sometimes it takes nearly 45 days for the update to reach an individual.If it does show update we have to go to service centre

I got lollipop update on my htc 820 dual sim .. update not working ... my htc 820 not able to boot at all .. done all research .. no luck .. it hang .. no cw file .. keep rebooting .. any help ?

Hi, I have just upgraded my phone (desire 820) to lollypop. After the upgrade, the Camera app crashes and phone reboots, everytime i try to run the camera. Has anyone else faced a similar problem? Can someone help me?

Hlo..HTC,I'm using HTC 816g. I bought the phone by the starting of this year. So far, I have not received any software update for this phone. My phone is lagging a lot due to old version of software. So plz try to give an update for lollipop or marshmallow. If not, there is no way other than changing my phone.
