Note 4 was already bad after update it is worst phone. Lagy, weak sound control, etc. I sold the half price I turn back to Note 2 which is working like hell.

Samsung Sucks u make a good device but no update while other older devices are already getting it . Moved to samsung from iphone and i think time to move again to other brands...at least they give update on time ...

Just did my update yesterday and now my text when reading articles runs off my screen! My Do Not Disturb does not allow me to pick and choose callers, on use all favourites.... Uggh

Since the update my phone has been lagging alot, the phone freezes and ahuts off on its own. When im on a call the screen turns on n off while on my ear. It responds slow when i text or unlock my phone. Love the new look and features however the lag n all other problem have to go... Samsung whata going on with you guys. Im about to go to apple.

Only had my Note 4 3 weeks. Oh how I wish I had never updated on 4/14/15. Sometimes the send or end button is missing on the dial pad. I have a puke green color and the lay out is not eye friendly. My phone is slow and I wish I had never purchased it. I called my carrier (Verizon)and they had me do a factory reset. Of course that didn't work. I called Samsung and they don't speak English and if they did, they really don't care. I just paid full fee for a phone that doesn't work sometimes now. I feel like a victim.

Alright I updated to the latest version! It's kinda sucks...the music bar doesn't appear in the lock screen which leaves my phone playing music all the time without me noticing it because most of the time my phone is connected to a earphone! And also I'm not happy with the recent update because it's kinda too Laggy.Please fix it Samsung!

I updated my note 4 duos 4 days earlier using kies-3 via Laptop. While updating it destroyed my 128 gb sd-card and it has become laggy more-over while calling from logs its taking more then 10 seconds to show call option ( sim1 or sim2). Sammy needs to fix it immediately
