QHD does not make sense under 10-12". And than it is only useful for ebook reading. For video, games or for web browsing 1080 is more than enough. Most tablets with 14: screen have 1080.
At 5-6" ,the only thing that QHD does is consume battery and CPU/GPU power.
Above 6" is a phablet...Why then 6.8"? And spec not great? Wait and see for Note 5...
A tablet by any other name is still a tablet.
Also i find funny the lack of mathematical knowledge from Huawei. They say the screen to body ration is 83%, you open the gsmarena page ... 73%. Then they say P8 is 78%, actually,y it is 68%. Shame on you Huawei for manufacturing some of the thickest bezels in the industry and then fubbling the numbers to make them seem narrow.
Gah how backward industrial design, only apple and htc have such thick bezels these days and they're both some of the most conservative companies in the industry.
At that screen size , QHD resolution would have been better choice...!
I don't see the point of Huawei making a P series Phablet, since they already have the Mate Series but good phablet nontheless.
seems somehow OLD phone, only HD?? we are now on QHD.
Tablet not phablet more like Bricblet
Don't feel like holding a brick to my face!
I'll literally need to get some new pants to support this bad boy.
That's a tablet with the call feature enabled. With that metal body that has barely any flex, when you drop that thing, most of the stress will be transferred to the glass screen. And there will be plenty of stress with the inevitable weight this beast will carry.
By the time you include a hefty case to protect the pretty metal body (not many people will be are aware of the irony here), you will need a messenger bag to carry this thing in
Not worth the price for a 1080p display. Make it QHD.. It's 6.8 inch!
it is smartphone or tablet,,,,??? Nice
Why not 20 mp rear camera.
Nice Screen Size.
Pretty soon we'll be using motorola dynatacs again. Just sayin'..
