No more 13xx or 15xx, they changed that to the XL versions. So 1320 was a mid range phablet, so it's now a mid range XL, 640XL. 1520 was a high end phablet, so it will be an XL version of the upcoming flagship, in this case 940XL. So the 940XL is technically the successor to 1520.
