I got the lollipop update today at 8:30am.. my net speed is 1mbps so 677mb file was downloaded in 1 hour 30 min it depends on your net speed and upgrading process took 30 min total 2 hours .. After upgrading n booting (restart) process done phone lags for 1 min, don't panic after that u will be wondered seeing phone speed . Super fast express is the word I experienced for 20 min of usage.. Move to SD card option also added
