They pretend that there is no problem with Snapdragon 810. If they fix it, it will mean that Qualcomm accepts the problems with Snapdragon 810 and they will never accept that. They are just going to release a new high-end chipset.

At the time OnePlus plans to actually launch this device, Qualcomm may already have the "fixed" Snapdragon 810 ready, which will give them an edge over the competition using the older revision with heat issues. We'll see what happens.

It might heat but it will score high.
