Samsung Pay is crowned as better than Apple Pay which claims to work on 90% of stores in the US, compared to Apple Pay which only works on 10%.

You along with the 4 other android users, or Ihaters should really back off. You android users are extremely rude and obnoxious. We never even heard of google pay because they didn't make any effort to promote it up here. So it's their downfall for not caring about it. When apple launched apple pay you guys go up in arms and say it was googles first? not only that google pay was only limited to like 10 phones, which was all flagship phones only.

We are fully aware that the iphones have proven to last much longer then the android flagships not only that, they also retain their resell value, and have long term use. If your not Canadian please shut your mouth. This article has nothing to do with you guys first you guys don't even live in Canada, second you guys don't own an iphone right? then gtfo out of here. Yes I live in Canada, i have an Iphone, and this is going to be ground breaking. can't wait for it to come here.

I agree with you that there is too many isheep in Canada who flock to the cellphone shops, pay more than $350 for a iPhone 6 16 GB on a 2 year contract while there is much better choices for less money. Even though my Samsung galaxy s3 had better specs than the aluminum toy some 35% of isheep market share in Canada flock to get.

I just use a credit card payment App on my Android. Works really well & has saved me the embarrassment of forgetting my wallet a few times.
Sadly there are quite a lot of 'Sheepple' here in lovely Canada :S

Typical of Canadian banks to get in the way of progress. Android was the first to make an attempt in bring NFC tap and pay processing but the deal with the banks fell through.

                    Why? Canadian bank greed.

Funny how the banks are lauding 'security' as a primary reason to resist NFC payments by mobile while ALL the money transfer losses suffered by banks at the hands of hackers get swept under the rug.

If you guys knew of how many millions are lost each year due to mysterious transfers that are noticed by bank employees but never make it to the news. It's eye opening but for the banks it's an acceptable loss and part of operating costs.

If Apple does succeed then regulators should make sure Android gets similar deals in place. Otherwise the Canadian banks' dirty laundry should be exposed to the public. Anonymous anyone?
