24 May 2015, still no news about these new devices. I think OPO Lite won't be created and only a rumour.

You know what Intel told about their useless Atoms for mobile when they first launched it? They said it was the best there is in terms of performance and power consumption, guess what it turned out to be no better than a A7 with horrible TDP. Yeah we should believe marketing slide decks.

        You are swallowing marketing points wholesale and this is GSM arena not Joe Arena it is expected you get technical in the minimum to know what is truly a high end SoC. Radios and DSP co-processing blocks are not the main driving factor for a high end SoC, it's the computing power.

              I hope it will still off-screen buttons like The One and not on-screen like the Moto G. And how much does it cost. I'm dying to know that(I hope €220/250).

                      Qualcomm called 808 and 810 high end, did that on their own accord. I am just quoting the news.

                      Besides CPU cores are not the only thing on a SoC. Compare the radios, GPU, yada yada yada......

                          WTF took them this long!? Maybe they just realized their phone no longer is a "flagship killer".

                          Heck, soon we may be discussing if it's still a flagship or a former flagship!

                                      Umbilical Noose, 20 Apr 2015Snapdragon launched 808 & 810 as high end processors last April. Krait cores are nice but ... moreJust because they are launched recently doesn't mean a thing. Mediatek also launches new chips often. It's what inside that matters not a model number.

                                      SD808--> 4 A53s + 2 A57s
                                      SD801--> 4 Kraits 400s

                                      A53: 2 wide partial issue in-order 8 stage pipeline
                                      A57: 3 wide issue out-of-order 15 stage pipeline 20-30% perf than A15 in ideal cases ignoring stalls and ILP/TLP limitations leading to under utilization.

                                      Krait 400: is also a 3 wide issue out of order uarch with better than A15 performance at a much lower TDP than A57s or A15s

                                        The most concern part, will people have to wait 9 months to get their phone again?
