Differences:
Z3: Snapdragon 801, 2.2 MP front cam, 3100 mAh battery.
Z4: Snapdragon 810, 5.1 MP front cam, 2930 mAh battery.
- Is it worth the upgrade?
- Absolutely not.
This is a big disappointment for Sony!

No i've not owned a Z3, but I have had a Z3 compact, and recently just returned an S6 to the store because the battery is terrible.
Now from what I've read there is virtually no difference between the Z3 and Z3 Compact in picture quality, And in that case the S6 walks all over the bothe of them.
I could not have been more disappointed when I started looking at the Pictures from my Z3 Compact, considering the much vaunted camere hardware they were terrible.
The S6 however, has an amazing camera. I was really sad to have to take it back, but like I said the battery life is dreadfull.

Boring samey design Sony, also sort those bezels out. I had the Xperia ZL and remember it fondly for how brilliantly compact it was, why not make a successor to that, it'll sell like hot cakes.
