Even FHD is already too much, why would anyone want more? It's already more than 500ppi. Stop being a spec fetishist, GSMA! We buy phones to make our lives easier, not to brag about the specs (and the unnecessary increase in cost).

I am really happy people are saying the TRUTH even though they like Sony products just like me. This Z4 isn't bad but simply Disappointing for those who have been waiting for something new and special considering the rumors that the mobile division may be folding up they just shot themselves in the foot.
-Qualcomm announces a new processor
-Phone companies try and release the phone by fall the same year
-Sony releases their "flagship" phone months later (next year summer) when the processor is basically outdated and a new one is soon to be announced
-I've been using the Z1 and I haven't found enough reason to upgrade.
The omni balance design is good but I may just have been a little more interested in the Z4 if the design had changed. 2k resolution may not be necessary as some people are ok with 1080 but its becoming the norm. Seems like they aren't listening to what people want and how fast they want it smh . Again, its not a bad phone but it's definitely not great in any way.

Are you kidding me! And all along the same crappy camera sensor/lens.
So they take the SD810, prone to overheating, make the device thinner, which could mean that the heatsinks are also thinner, not great for cooling the chipset. More throttling than competing products with SD810 most probably.
Should have at least had a 3200mAh battery, moved the camera to the middle of the phone on the back so your fingers don't get in the way, upgraded camera lens and sensor and maybe 4GB ram.
Fail. Come on Sony!

Graz, 20 Apr 2015Why still the massive bezel and same design? Why the tiny LED flash? Come on Sony, please list... moreBecause there are speakers and a very large camera sensor in this bezels. And that's only slightly larger top and bottom bezels... Not massive and the side ones are just fine.

Oh, I am fan of Sony and I don't like this, How Z4 can have any advantage in competition with S6 and I6. It is so disappointed!, wake up Sony !

Not sure why people are moaning for, it's a lovely device, why change something that's not broken, it's much better than the rubbish Samsung have released this year, my Z Ultra still stands head and shoulders above the Note 4 and the iphone 6, so why change the design and looks, just don't understand some of you. The Z4 will be just as successful as the previous iterations.
