my 620 Lumia starts and turn off in few minute. not allowed to open any folder except setting for few seconds. Lumia shows back date and time, not able to change.

I cant reinstall the firmware on my lumia 520.i downloaded the firmware from lumia software recovery tool and I tried to install the version that is compatible to my lumia 520 but it shows installed and I clicked finished but it still shows the battery charging logo ie; battery in red color and shows charging.i don't know what to do more to repair my phone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!please help to solve this problem

If your phone keeps restarting while plugged in after trying to update Windows, or the Windows Device Recovery Tool doesn't detect your phone for any other reason: turn your phone on in boot manager mode by pressing POWER + VOLUME DOWN keys simultaneously. WDRT should detect your phone, unless it's totally wasted.

i am downloading the firmware for the nokia 525. check the product code as seen after removing the battery.(along with the imei#). I am getting this download thru the software called Navifirm Plus. http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f609/atf-first-world-lumia-525-winphone-8-full-flashing-1757663/ and http://www.symbian-toys.com/navifirm.aspx#download then I plan to use the Lumia recovery tool or the Windows recovery tool.

same to me, when using recovery tool, ive got device in UEFI mode, firmware version unknown, package not avaible for this phone, so how i can recovery my phone? even restart my phone appear a sad face with blue screen. there's no solution?

How to get the update?
I'm using Nokia Lumia 520(Windows 8.1), On last weekend, (18th and 19th July 2015). I got update notification. But I was much busy, and away from home for 2 days. I use internet through Wi-fi at home. The Windows latest update which I got the notification, And canceled it. Thought to check this after reaching my home, Came back to home Monday, After opening to 'phone update' in Lumia 520. It's showing 'your phone is up to date'!
