Give yourself l... moreI wouldn't call this watch "great" when there are cheaper and more effective alternatives, the obvious two being Android Wear and Pebble. A watch like the Apple Watch was made merely for show and status, just like iPhone. Just because it looks good doesn't necessarily mean it'll perform good.

It's the best designed smart watch to date, get over it....
As to the price, for what it does, the $10 looks like a bargain compared to something like Patek Philippe. It's called branding.

Statsitically impossible that millions of people are blind and stupid to buy a piece of hardware and software that has won awards left right and centre and revolutionized the phone market as we know it - iPhone. You're the fool here, look in a mirror for once.
As for watch, it rides on the back of iPhones success. I played with it and since I don't care for watches, I also don't care for this one... but it works very well.
