So Xiaomi is creating all this hype, taking Indian crowd as a base, just to unveil some cheaper version of a flagship that is now almost 1 year old. This is height.
I thought Xiaomi has learnt Indian market well but I was so wrong.
Hope they tighten the design up for this new phone. I always liked Xiaomi but the Mi3 and Mi4 had been huge disappointments.
I've played with a real Mi4 before and I have to say I was disappointed. The hardware ergonomics felt off when I had it in my hand. It's not a bad phone but it's not the tight package the Xiaomi 2S was. It was a step up from the Mi3 but you can feel they are still using premium materials for the sake of premium materials rather than to improve the overall user experience.
Looks perfect for me judging by the specifications . Price and availability will be the deciding factors .
it Should be with Android 5.0 lollipop !!

Take the Xiaomi battery packs. Costs $18, but $21 to import.$39 is still a lot cheaper than equavilant battery packs in my country (sadly).

On the topic: too bad that by the time these Xiaomi or OnePlus phones get to the rest of the world, they are as expensive as the other phones or the tech is too old.
