I also used BB Bold and nokia 71. Comparing all these phones.. They all provide different experience but Nokia n97 cannot make it. I was so eager when the N97 was announced but turned out so bloody disappointed. HTC Touch Pro2 better yeah.
As for the Iphone 3GS, I only paid S$38 with a plan and traded in my old phone. It's really good subsidy from my telco. Won't get more as good a subsidy if it were a nokia or HTC ...
$38 for an iphone 3gs.. that is what I call REALLY AFFORDABlE :)

therock, 22 Oct 2009I am not speechless. Nokia is still ahead. The n-series and xm series are reliable as well.I used the n97 and is still pro Nokia.. but really.. the N97 is really crappy! trust me. The touch screen and layout just can't make it! Go for E71 or E72.

I am just stating my thoughts...
Ill say it one last time! i lik the Iphone 3gs like i said earlier its a very good piece of kit.
however i think its pricy.. then some one is saying i need a job.. by the way im a retention manger at a mobile broker..
then some one saying im colour blind cause i like the HTC TP2... which i am colour blind.
All this because i said the Iphone is expensive???? you all need to get a grip its a phone not life or death...

How are they ripping people off? The iphone is available free on a £45 a month contract, same as the N97. If you ask me, the people who bought N97s got ripped off, paying premium for a resistive screen with a really bad OS.

It seems as though all those cellphone companies are coming out with all types of cellphons to compete and to be better than the iphone but yet they still can't beat the iphone.. wow just wow... amazing stuff apple... somethings really can't be explained by logic and statistics.

HTC with it's 65k screen, good thing you're colour blind and can't appreciate the subtle nuances of a 16 million colour screen.

21 million iPhones sold in the last 12 months and there's still jealous people who don't get it, they just don't want to understand how good the iPhone is.
So Nokia sells more cheap phones, the sheep follow the crowd, the Nokia cheap phone crowd.

Restrictions that will be removed one, two or more at a time per year, which in turn keeps the money pouring in for your precious Apple.
