With Android and Nokia we could have a very formidable device.
First of all. It's Nokia.
It could have a 20-40MP PurView camera.
Probably with good manual controls and Raw capturing.
Maybe some improvement to Android camera APIs.
Great IPS/Amoled with great sunlight legibility.
Probably with selectable saturation and balance.
People like Nokia design even though it's not extravagant. Plus they are very durable. Duh?
Would probably mean a well optimized Z Launcher or maybe something new.
Likely to have good battery life too.
And could easily come with some nice Nokia Exclusives.
Of course assuming they final enter flagship range. Which by the ending of the agreement and "budget" restraints seems likely.

with android Nokia would be more like other manufacturers.. only.. IMO we won't see any difference other than PureView and may be Nokia's design.. If they go for stock android then nothing to distinguish between existing droids.. Z-Launcher is the only other option.. And Who knows they might not even mind to build own launcher. rather they might use stock android to cut down some money..
Hope we won't see cores, click speed, camera, display, ppi specs fighting.. Rather boring..
To make quick money they chose to go with android. They clearly know that With android they will not loose money.. That's why they have gone for android.. Later they might even go for WP or new OS. Even though Microsoft will not take such risk.. they dont want to kick their own a**...
Anyway we expect everything special and new from nokia.. we want nokia to be different..
