seriously, those comments about Mediatek vs ARM, qualcomm vs ARM, Exynos vs ARM totally have no idea that ARM is the architecture of the processors that Mediatek, Qualcomm and Samsung based on. lol

Why would they want to compare an Intel CPU with this. They very well know that intel's chips are far more powerful.

Man, I'm getting tired of these people telling us how Intel is about to come in and blow everyone out of the water in the mobile space. I've been hearing this same story for at least the last two years, and it hasn't happened yet.

However on the plus side starting next year Samsung Exynos should use custom cores. Along with possibly using a custom made GPU. On top of possibly racing the 10nm node. And could have an integrated modem.

I'm predicting the Note 5 to use similar Exynos to 7420. With possible 0.1GHz increase and to use the MP16 version of the GpU compared to the MP8. If they go 4K that is.

AnonD-215124, 25 Apr 2015Qualcomm is experience in taking in shitty ARM designs and making good chips? Are you stupid?Firstly, ARM isn't shitty, if the Galaxy S6 is any indication, so please don't say that they are, lest you be though an autist. Secondly, if it wasn't for ARM, Qualcomm wouldn't exist, so give respect where it's due.

Hopefully the next iteration of Exynos, which will likely beat at the heart of the Note 5, will use Cortex-A72 cores instead of the now antiquated, power hungry Cortex-A57 cores, fabricated on a 10nm node.
