Galaxy S4 mini won't get Android Lollipop update

Hi my s4 mini version is 4.2.2 and whenever I tried to update it, it shows like this "your device has been modified. No software update available". I'm also struggling on the data, I tried to fix it many times but failed! Instead of 3 data connection, it appears E.

the only thing i can think of is to back up as much of your data as possible and reinstall android on your phone

OMG !! WTF .. my s4 mini is getting so many problem in kitkat 4.4.2 .. im kindly requesting u to give us lollipop update soon

Why no Lollipop? But if possible, why not Samsung give us an update to our Interface? At least we can customise our phone's interface just like s5 and s6 and I hope Samsung can add features like ultra power saving, download booster and some new camera modes...
