Hello..
Don't buy galaxy s4 mini.
Because kitkat version was the only updation for this phone.it cannot updated to lolipop.
The company doesnot make any impression on it.
Company never tries to understand the user feelings.

Let Samsung do whatever they want and consider their lack of support with your next phone purchase ...
In my region they still did not even roll our the KitKat update. Thanks to CM I could not care less, but this is inexcusable for a company like them.
