Wise decision. Even Samsung sees dwindling profits from Ad-droid, there's no money in this, Nokia don't need a loss making division.

Nokia just bought Alcatel Lucent for about $16 billion. They don't have the money to buy Blackberry.

Unfortunately, the ACL acquisition is a mistake in my opinion. That deal will not be worth it and eat Nokia finances instead.
